INDUSTRIA #2 is the second compilation including brand new The Lunacy Of Flowers versions by Robi Insinna, Silent Servant’s take on SASM’s Democracy and Vox Low’s You Are A Slave remixes.

EUR 5.–

It starts off with Robi Insinna’s version of Your Way by The Lunacy Of Flowers.
The Lunacy Of Flowers is a one man post-industrial act from London with a huge body of unreleased material made from fake hallucinations mixed in Black and White.  He used an MS-20, Juno 106, Micro Korg, Epiphone Les Paul Junior, borrowed bass Guitar, SM58 microphone, All Drums Sequenced on FL4 and mixed on a home computer. Robi Insinna added and reworked the original version. The Dub version was done in a real style dub session using an analog mixer and external reverbs, effects and tape delays.

Silent Servant remixed SASMDemocracy. SASM is Douglas McCarthy (Nitzer Ebb) and Robi Insinna. Democracy and Collective Action featured on INDUSTRIA Compilation #1. Juan Mendez aka Silent Servant is a producer and DJ from L.A. He added his apocalyptic culture aesthetics, capturing the youth-driven mutation of crossover electronics. The remix feels like a wired Alan Vega / Nitzer Ebb track from the early 2000's that does not exist.

Robi remixed You Are A Slave by french Post-Punk, New Wave Krautrockers Vox Low. He liked the original version so much that he kept as much from it as possible. He made his own version by adding percussion to create a more funky/dark sound and extended the track. The Dub was done in an old school kind of way. The mixes were previously released on IND003 red vinyl.
